Storage and transport
– Courgettes scratch very easily when handled.
– Courgettes can be stored perfectly well for 4 or 5 days at temperatures of 0-4°C and 90% RH, and for up to 2 weeks at 7-10ºC.
– During shipment, we recommend high humidity and an average temperature of 10-20°C.
