External Properties:
The graps must be:
· Whole and firmly attached. · Well-shaped.
· Healthy with no bad areas. · Clean.
Grapes must have:
· No parasites or damage caused by parasites.
· No signs of abnormal external humidity.
· No abnormal smell or taste.
· No damage caused by high or low temperatures.

Internal Properties:
– The grape must comply with the optimum ripeness conditions of the fruit with a minimum of 15ºBrix.

– Alicante and Murcia.

Storage and transport

– Grapes should be stored at temperatures of 0 -1ºC. Recommended transport temperature: 2 – 3ºC.
– In terms of relative humidity, the ideal humidity for grapes is between 90-95%.

– Paper Bag: 5kg./10kg.
– Wooden Box: 7/8kg.
– Carrybag: 4,5kg.
– Paper Bag: 9kg.

– 13*400 gr. flowpack.
